Monthly Rates: Monthly reservations will be assigned to Sand Dollar Beach moorings only. For bookings of more than 1 month, please send an email to elizabethharbourmoorings@gmail.com
Taxes: Additional VAT tax of 10% will be added at check out.
Acceptance of Risk: As of December 1st, 2023, the use of Elizabeth Harbour Conservation Partnership (EHCP) mooring balls requires acceptance of all risk. Neither EHCP nor any person associated with the EHCP is responsible for any damage to vessel or loss that may occur while picking up the mooring, departing the mooring or while attached to the mooring. If a mooring is damaged by a vessel while arriving or departing the mooring, or due to improper securing of the vessel to the mooring, the boat owner/captain agrees to pay the replacement cost of the items damaged. The EHCP is not responsible, nor assumes any liability for damages caused by fire, theft, casualty or any other cause whatsoever with respect to any person, its vessel or its contents.
